Belle’n’Bear was founded and created whilst i was on maternity for nursery nursing. The reason?  I liked good quality clothing but winced at the price tags involved. And so, on one of the nights my darling daughter kept me awake until 3 in the morning, I decided to do something about it. After a month of planning and scrolling endless suppliers, i could finally create a business that brought good quality and affordable prices to new and experienced families and one which continuously grows with our little ones.
So after such a successful year i have decided to use my 5 years in network marketing and take Belle’n’Bear to the next level. We are now ready to re-launch as a Limited company that will put it’s customers and distributors first. I know just some of the struggles of being a parent and self-employed and i have made it my purpose to provide the support, guidance and the right compensation plan to help you create a better future.

I am not a big corporate CEO thinking of the next big buck and overlooking the people that actually make a business successful…You Guys!

Meet the Belle 'n' Bear Team!


I’m Sophie Oakley and I am the Team Manager of the wonderful Belle ‘n’ Bear Distributors.

So, a little bit about me. I am 24 years old and have a son called Jacob aka Bear Cub. He is my absolute world!

I met Laura in February of 2017 when she asked me to write some blogs for her old website. We have since become extremely good friends and I have had the privilege to watch this company grow and grow into what it is today and we are not stopping here!

So you’re probably all thinking what I do within the company? Well, I am the point of contact for all our distributors. I am striving to help support and coach each and every one of them. I really love watching people grow and get great at what they love to do!
